Day Wise Tour Itinerary

Day 01 - Arrival in Tbilisi

Arrival at Tbilisi International Airport. Immigration and customs formalities. Representative to receive and assist with transfer to the hotel. Free time to rest and relax, preparing for the further programme. Overnight stay in Tbilisi.

Day 02 - Explore Tbilisi and Mtskheta

Breakfast should be taken at the hotel to start the day. At approximately 10:00 a.m., visit the ancient capital and one of Georgia's most important spiritual and cultural centers, Mtskheta, which carries the Jvari Monastery and Svetitskhoveli Cathedral. Visit Trinity Cathedral-in the world as one of its biggest. Start the walking tour at Europe Square: Mother of Kartli statue, Metechi Church and cable car ride up to Narikala Fortress, then walk across the Abano District to Legvtakhevi Waterfall, taking shots at your pleasure. Finally, end the day with a stroll along Rustaveli Avenue, and shopping at the Gallery Mall and Flea Market. Over night in Tbilisi.

Day 03 - Uplistsikhe and Borjomi Tour

Leave the hotel after breakfast by 10:00 a.m. and go to Uplistsikhe - ancient cave town from 2nd millennium B.C., offering glimpses of mysterious past. Go further to Borjomi, which is known for balneological climate and spring water, where mineral water will be tested during walking through Central Park. Back to Tbilisi and an overnight.

Day 04 - Kakheti Region Tour and Departure

Depart at approximately 10:00 a.m. after having your breakfast to visit the Kakheti Region, renowned as the "Cradle of Wine" because of its special kind of grape varieties and persistent wine-making traditions. On the way, stop in Badiauri to taste local bread and cheese. See Sighnaghi - the "City of Love" located on the top of the hill with breathtaking views over the surrounding valleys and Caucasus Mountains - drive back to Tbilisi, visit the Bodbe Nunnery. Take wine tasting at the KTW Winery upon request. End your tour with a visit to the Chronicle of Georgia monument before being transferred to Tbilisi International Airport for your return flight.
